Artist’s Comments

“I moved to Maryland after college and discovered all that the Chesapeake Bay, its tributaries, and boats offered to an artist in the way of subject matter. I purchased a small sailboat for day sailing and eventually a small sloop for cruising the many interesting locations on the bay. I paint a representational transparent watercolor in the academic style.
